Pneuma: Breath of Life Passes Steam Greenlight Campaign

VRFocus - Last week VRFocus reported on the launch of a Steam Greenlight campaign for a new virtual reality (VR) compatible puzzle-based videogame by the name of Pneuma: Breath of Life. The title, developed by indie team Deco Digital Workshop, hoped to raise enough positive votes to be sold on Valve's digital PC store come full release. Just under two weeks on and its has now passed that campaign, meaning it can launch with full support for the Oculus Rift VR head-mounted display (HMD) later on in 2015.

VRFocus - It was just under a year ago now that indie developer Team Junkfish announced its virtual reality (VR) compatible horror experience, Monstrum. Its been a big year for both the studio and the videogame since the reveal, making appearances at events such as Rezzed and EGX London. Sadly the title has seen a few delays too, although today finally marks one of the first releases for the project. Monstrum is now available via Steams Early Access system, albeit without support for the Oculus Rift head-mounted display (HMD).

VRFocus- One of the first titles announced for Samsungs Gear VR smartphone-based virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD) when it was revealed in 2014 was Dreadhalls from indie developer White Door Games. The first-person horror experience had already been confirmed for the Oculus Rift PC HMD, but a Gear VR port was revealed just as soon as Samsung lifted the lid on its new kit last September. This week sees the developer announce that it has wrapped up development on the mobile version of the experience.

In the title players will be inside of a child's nightmare in which players have to fend off hordes of twisted nightmare toys with an array of weapons.
